Football Recap: Aurora East Takes a Loss

Aurora East lost against Fenton back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tomcats took a blow against the Bison, falling 33-6. The Tomcats just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Aurora East's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Fenton, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Aurora East will square off against West Aurora at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fenton, they will challenge Ridgewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bison will be up against the Rebels' rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.71 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
