Pleasant Valley barely beat Shasta the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Vikings put the hurt on the Wolves with a sharp 9-1 win on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
Alissa Snipes made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 14 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double.
