While the Lions didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-6), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Meanwhile, Legacy Christian Academy entered their contest against Dallas Christian on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Legacy Christian Academy lost 12-5 to Dallas Christian.

Prestonwood Christian's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Legacy Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 14-8-1.

Prestonwood Christian might still be hurting after the 9-3 defeat they got from Legacy Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can Prestonwood Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
