Lunenburg barely beat West Boylston the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blue Knights blew past the Lions 12-5 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Blue Knights, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Lunenburg's third in a row) raised their record to 8-7. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for West Boylston, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-6.

Lunenburg will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Lions: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
