Crooms Academy piles up the points against Holy Cross Lutheran Academy

The Crooms Academy Panthers's 13-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They breezed by Holy Cross Lutheran Academy on the road to the tune of 51-5. Crooms Academy's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Crooms Academy found their leader in underclassman Erin Hassaballah, who scored 23 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Hassaballah has scored at least a third of Crooms Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Zoe Fulgencio, who scored 12 points.
Crooms Academy's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 1-11. As for Holy Cross Lutheran Academy, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
Crooms Academy will take on First Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Holy Cross Lutheran Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Lake Mary Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
