Basketball Game Preview: Red River Roughriders vs. Shanley Deacons

The Red River Roughriders will challenge the Shanley Deacons at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Red River's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 12 matches.

Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Red River beat West Fargo 83-78.

Meanwhile, Shanley hadn't done well against Sheyenne recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Shanley walked away with a 69-60 win over Sheyenne.

Red River has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.5 points over those games. As for Shanley, their victory bumped their record up to 2-17.
