Basketball Game Preview: Southeast Knights vs. Wyandotte Bulldogs

The Southeast Knights will head out on the road to challenge the Wyandotte Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Wyandotte took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Southeast, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, everything came up roses for Southeast against Harmon as the squad secured a 52-25 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Meanwhile, Wyandotte played a tough game on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Blue Valley Southwest 63-33. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Timberwolves: they've now lost three in a row.

Southeast's victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-0. As for Wyandotte, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Everything went Southeast's way against Wyandotte when the teams last played back in January of 2022, as Southeast made off with a 54-33 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Southeast since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
