The Boston Latin Academy Dragons made easy work of the Malden Catholic Lancers on Thursday and carried off a 10-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Dragons, who have now won eight contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Boston Latin Academy and bumps their season record up to 15-4-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Malden Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-16.

Coming up, Boston Latin Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Central Catholic at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Malden Catholic, they will challenge Newton South at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
