Football Recap: Jackson North Side's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Jackson North Side was the 29-21 winner over Lexington when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians fell 30-20 to the Tigers on Friday. The loss put an end to the Indians' undefeated start to the season.

Despite the loss, Jackson North Side still got an impressive performance from Javonte Smith, who picked up 107 receiving yards and two TDs. Smith really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 94 yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Jackson North Side fell to 2-1. As for Lexington, their record now sits at 3-1.

Jackson North Side has already played their next game, a 56-27 win against Dyer County on the 19th. As for Lexington, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 40-7 victory against Chester County on the 19th.
