There's no place like home for River View, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Goldendale Timberwolves 43-8 on Friday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-0.

A big part of River View's victory came down to the chemistry between Aiden Tyutyunnik and his top target Maddox Tyutyunnik. Aiden threw for 247 yards and five TDs while Maddox picked up 128 receiving yards and four scores. Those five passing touchdowns gave Aiden a new career-high. River View also got a significant boost from Wyatt Curtis, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 98 yards.

River View didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Owen Curtis led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself.

River View now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Goldendale, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, River View will host Okanogan at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Goldendale, they will head out on the road to face off against Kittitas/Thorp at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Timberwolves their first taste of in-conference action this season.
