Lebanon extended their winning streak to five on Friday, bumping them up to 5-1. They came out on top against Triton Central by a score of 21-14. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Lebanon was the better team in the second half.

Chris Hill was his usual excellent self, rushing for 69 yards and one touchdown, while also throwing for 73 yards and one TD. Tannon Monden got in on the action too, returning a kick for a touchdown.

Having lost for the first time this season, Triton Central fell to 5-1. Despite 91 more yards than Lebanon, Triton Central couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

When it comes to explaining why Triton Central lost, don't look at Braden Brown. Despite the final result, he rushed for 198 yards and one score while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. Brown also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making six total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending one pass.

Lebanon didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 38-35 victory against Danville on the 3rd. As for Triton Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 17-14 win against Indian Creek on the 3rd.
