Baseball Recap: Delasalle Falls to Perham in First Game of Season

DeLaSalle unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Perham Yellowjackets by a score of 5-3 on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

DeLaSalle saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Phillip Sellner, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Looking ahead, DeLaSalle will challenge Benilde-St. Margaret's at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Perham, they will take on Minnehaha Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
