Baseball Recap: Fillmore Eagles vs. Cuba-Rushford Rebels
Fillmore proved they can win big on Monday (they won by ten) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Cuba-Rushford Rebels a 1-0 shutout. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted since April 22nd.
The result came thanks to Damon Potter's shutout, as he gave up just seven hits and racked up 12 Ks.
