Basketball Recap: Chandler Comes Up Short

Chandler was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 73-46 defeat at the hands of the Perry Pumas. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 74th, while the Pumas are ranked first).

Chandler's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Perry, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-2.

Chandler has already played their next matchup (against Basha), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Perry will head out on the road to square off against Casteel at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Perry's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine contests.
