Basketball Game Preview: Boyle County Rebels vs. Lincoln County Patriots

Boyle County and Lincoln County are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2021, but not for long. The Boyle County Rebels will venture away from home to square off against the Lincoln County Patriots at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Boyle County didn't have too much breathing room in their game against West Jessamine, but they still walked away with a 57-51 win.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Lincoln County beat Garrard County 44-39 on Friday.

Lincoln County's victory bumped their record up to 11-6-1. As for Boyle County, they are also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Boyle County strolled past Lincoln County when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a score of 60-46. Will Boyle County repeat their success, or does Lincoln County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
