Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Forestview). They strolled past the Lake Norman Charter Knights with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 42-28. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Jaguars were down 28-13 in the second quarter.

Lake Norman Charter lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Dylan Wignot, who threw for 263 yards and four touchdowns. Eli Washington was Wignot's top target, picking up 42 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

The win got Forestview back to even at 2-2. As for Lake Norman Charter, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.

Forestview wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 49-0 defeat against Kings Mountain on the 19th.
