Basketball Recap: Wauseon Takes a Loss

Wauseon lost against Genoa Area back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wauseon Indians took a blow against the Genoa Area Comets, falling 66-39. The matchup marked the Indians' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Wauseon now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Genoa Area, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.

Wauseon will square off against Paulding at 7:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Genoa Area, they will host Liberty Center at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
