Meanwhile, Ellsworth faced John Bapst Memorial in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. Ellsworth came out on top against John Bapst Memorial by a score of 42-32.

Ellsworth pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.3 points per game. As for Washington Academy, their record is now 8-9.
