The St. Cecilia Bluehawks typically have all the answers at home, but on Friday the Clarkson/Leigh Patriots proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 39-32 win over the Bluehawks. The victory was familiar territory for Clarkson/Leigh who now have four in a row.

Chloe Hanel was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 30 points and 15 rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted 21 or more points the last three times she's played.

St. Cecilia lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Avery Kissinger, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tatum Krikac, who scored 11 points.

Clarkson/Leigh pushed their record up to 17-6 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for St. Cecilia, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-5.

Clarkson/Leigh will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Crofton at 1:30 p.m. on February 28th. Crofton will roll in looking for their 26th straight victory, something Clarkson/Leigh surely won't give up without a fight. St. Cecilia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
