Moorestown scored a stunning upset when it knocked off Camden Catholic, 30-14. At the time, the Fighting Irish was ranked seventh in the state, while the Quakers was 55th.
The biggest upset of the week belonged to Seneca, who took down 86th ranked Seneca, 19-6. Alec Vignola threw for 210 yards and two touchdowns and ran for five yards in the win.
Tyreek Robinson was the most productive running back in West Jersey - Constitution this week. He ran for 108 yards on 18 carries as Moorestown topped the Golden Eagles. Sidney Ruffin also contributed to the rushing game with 44 yards on the ground.
Grant was the best wideout in the league this week as the Eagles defeated Seneca. Grant tallied four receptions for 80 yards. Matt McKeown helped Paul VI's passing attack out by catching four balls for 77 yards.
6-foot-2 quarterback Vignola of Paul VI is the league leader in passing yards this season with 503. He has also thrown four touchdowns. On the ground, Bill Fisher's team's Joe Pawlowski has rushed for 363 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Ruffin. The Moorestown star has eight catches for 204 yards.
Russ Horton's team was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating Camden Catholic 30-14. The Quakers came in at 15 in the state poll after placing at number 55 last week.
