Basketball Recap: Lakeview Centennial Takes a Loss

Lakeview Centennial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a hard 58-39 fall against the Wylie East Raiders. The match marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lakeview Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Wylie East, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 games, which provided a massive bump to their 14-9 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing North Garland the next time they take the court. Lakeview Centennial will host North Garland at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Wylie East will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 14th.
