Softball Recap: Philip Simmons Comes Up Short

Philip Simmons lost against Timberland last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Iron Horses lost 20-4 to the Wolves. The Iron Horses just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Philip Simmons' loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Timberland, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

Coincidentally, Philip Simmons and Timberland will both be playing Palmetto Scholars Academy the next time they take the field. The Wolves will head out to face the Phoenix at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Iron Horses will host them at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
