Hiram came up short on Wednesday despite Jayden Gaddis delivering his best game to date. Gaddis struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just two earned (and six unearned) runs off one hit. The effort marked the most strikeouts he has had since back in April of 2024.

Gaddis and Hiram will head out to take on McEachern at 5:55 p.m. on Friday. Hiram hasn't beaten McEachern recently, having gone 0-4 since March of 2015.
