DePaul Catholic came out on top against Bergen Tech on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run sixth inning. The Spartans were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Knights. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won five games by eight runs or more so far this season.

The win was the third in a row for DePaul Catholic, bringing their record up to 7-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Bergen Tech, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8.

Coming up, DePaul Catholic will welcome Paramus Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Bergen Tech, they will head out on the road to square off against Westampton Tech at 4:15 a.m. on Monday.
