Meanwhile, Hardin Northern was the victim of a rough 56-34 loss at the hands of McComb on Tuesday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Hardin Northern in their matchups with McComb: they've now lost four in a row.

Ridgemont was dealt a bruising 54-18 loss at the hands of Hardin Northern when the teams last played back in February of 2023. The matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Ridgemont was down 41-11.
