Garnet Valley has gone 9-1 against Ridley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Jaguars will venture away from home to face off against the Raiders at 7:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Garnet Valley is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Springfield just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 28-7 to the Cougars. While losing is never fun, the Jaguars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Cougars are ranked 38th).

Meanwhile, Ridley waltzed into their matchup on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 10-6 W against the Lions. The ten-point effort marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Ridley's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Garnet Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.

Garnet Valley came up short against Ridley in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 28-21. Can the Jaguars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
