Hillsboro skates past Paint Valley with ease

The Hillsboro Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 43 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Paint Valley 60-15 at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hillsboro.
Hillsboro can attribute much of their success to Peighton Bledsoe, who scored 14 points along with five steals. Those five steals set a new season-high mark for her. Rylie Scott was another key contributor, scoring six points along with six steals and five rebounds.
Hillsboro's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Paint Valley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillsboro will take on McClain at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday. McClain has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 0-3 during that stretch of close contests. As for Paint Valley, they will head out on the road to face off against Westfall at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Westfall is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
