Recap: Eau Claire Shamrocks vs. Keenan Raiders
The Eau Claire Shamrocks had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a 59-55 victory over Keenan on Wednesday. The victory was all the more spectacular given Eau Claire's disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 214th, while Keenan is ranked 72nd).
Eau Claire got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Aden Price out in front who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Asa Price, who scored 13 points.
Eau Claire's win bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Keenan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-13.
Eau Claire will head out on the road to face off against Keenan at 7:30 p.m. on January 19th. As for Keenan, they will look to defend their home court against Eau Claire at 7:30 p.m. Eau Claire has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
