If Brantley wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Highland Home, they should've done a better job of containing Brody Phillips. The Flying Squadron walked away with a 26-18 victory over the Bulldogs on Thursday with plenty of help from Phillips, who rushed for 152 yards and a pair of TDs on only nine carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 120 rushing yards.

The win got Highland Home back to even at 3-3. As for Brantley, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record.

Looking ahead, Highland Home is taking a road trip to take on Isabella at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Brantley, they will welcome Georgiana at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. The Bulldogs will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 38 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
