Shepard is a perfect 10-0 against Argo since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Astros will challenge the Argonauts at 4:30 p.m.

Shepard is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to ten runs on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Evergreen Park on Friday. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs. The Astros' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Argo came out on top against Crete-Monee on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run second inning. The Argonauts' pitchers stepped up to hand the Warriors a 10-0 shutout. The Argonauts might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by seven runs or more this season.

Shepard's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Argo, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Shepard beat Argo 3-0 when the teams last played back in May of 2025. Do the Astros have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Argonauts turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
