Volleyball Recap: Passaic Takes a Loss

Passaic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Clifton Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Passaic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Clifton, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Passaic is set to take on their familiar foe Dwight Morrow at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Clifton will square off against rival Passaic County Tech at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
