Daisy Martinez Game Report: vs Liberty

Daisy Martinez put up the most doubles she's had since back in April of 2024 on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she went 3-for-5 with eight RBI, three runs, and two doubles.

Martinez's strong effort led Independence over Liberty and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled on Friday. The Falcons have some work to do to even out the 1-7 series between these two since March of 2016, but a win here would be a good start.
