Basketball Recap: Grosse Pointe South Takes a Loss

Grosse Pointe South was the 47-45 winner over Chippewa Valley when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chippewa Valley Big Reds. The Blue Devils just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Grosse Pointe South's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Chippewa Valley, their win bumped their record up to 11-2.

Grosse Pointe South has already played their next match (against Lincoln), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Chippewa Valley will challenge Roseville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
