Basketball Recap: Olympic Find Success

Olympic's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They had just enough and edged the Sequim Wolves out 45-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Trojans have posted since December 13, 2024.

Olympic has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season. As for Sequim, they dropped their record down to 2-8 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Olympic will welcome North Mason at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Olympic is facing North Mason at the right time seeing as North Mason is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Sequim, they will challenge Bremerton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sequim will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: Bremerton will have lost seven straight heading into Tuesday's contest.
