Baseball Recap: Southridge Takes a Loss

Southridge fell victim to Oregon City and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Pioneers, falling 7-0. The Skyhawks have struggled against the Pioneers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Southridge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Oregon City, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-3 record this season.

Southridge will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Beaverton at 5:00 p.m. As for Oregon City, they will square off against Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pioneers are facing the Quakers at the right time seeing as the Quakers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
