Softball Recap: Lehi Pioneers vs. American Fork Cavemen

Lehi stacked a fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They never let the American Fork Cavemen onto the board and left with a 13-0 victory. The win was nothing new for Lehi as they're now sitting on four straight.

Not much got past Lizzie Hatch, who gave up just three hits to keep American Fork off the board.

On the hitting side, Camry Wassmer and Libby Baxter did most of the damage at the plate: Wassmer scored a run while going 1-for-2, while Baxter scored two runs while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Salisbury, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Lehi's victory bumped their record up to 11-4-1. As for American Fork, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.
