Basketball Recap: Williamsville's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Monday

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Williamsville couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Manual Rams on Monday, falling 52-29. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bullets have suffered since January 3, 2024.

Carson Doran and Blake Shoufler certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Doran posted 11 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Shoufler scored ten points. Doran is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last five games he's played.

The defeat snapped Williamsville's winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 31-4 record. As for Manual, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 23-12.
