Basketball Recap: Charlotte Valley Takes a Loss

Charlotte Valley was the 56-49 winner over Jefferson Central when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Charlotte Valley Wildcats fell just short of the Jefferson Central Jayhawks by a score of 43-41 on Monday.

Charlotte Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Charlotte Valley will take on Margaretville Central in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Jefferson Central, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Gilboa-Conesville Central at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
