Softball Recap: Darrington Drops Highest Score of Season Against Concrete

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Darrington). They were the clear victors by a 21-7 margin over the Concrete Lions on Tuesday. The Loggers haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Darrington's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Concrete, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Darrington will host Mt. Baker at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Concrete will be paying especially close attention to the Loggers' matchup: after the Loggers face off against the Mountaineers, they'll take on Concrete again at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
