Archbishop Carroll came out on top against Bell on Friday thanks in part to Robert Smith Jr's efforts. Smith Jr was dynamite, forcing two fumbles and making nine total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Looking ahead, Smith Jr and Archbishop Carroll will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Gonzaga at 1:00 p.m. The Lions haven't beaten the Eagles recently, having gone 0-7 since October of 2015.
