Highland won the last time they faced Rigby and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Rams walked away with an 18-14 victory over the Trojans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

The team relied heavily on Reece Bybee, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Emerson Gifford, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one double.

Highland's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Rigby, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Highland will venture away from home to challenge Madison at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.31 runs per game on average), something the Rams will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Rigby, they will challenge Thunder Ridge at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Titans will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight.
