Football Game Preview: Sacred Heart Prep Gators vs. Wilcox Chargers + How To Watch

The Sacred Heart Prep Gators will take on the Wilcox Chargers at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Sacred Heart Prep came up short against Menlo-Atherton and fell 24-17. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Nico Pollioni, who threw for 169 yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, Wilcox entered their game against Los Gatos on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Chargers lost to the Wildcats at home by a 35-21 margin.

The match pitted two dominant signal callers against one another in Kai Imahara and Callum Schweitzer. Schweitzer had a great game and threw for 212 yards and one touchdown while completing 78.6% of his passes. Meanwhile, Imahara was balling out in the loss, rushing for 115 yards and a pair of scores, while also throwing for 64 yards and one TD.

Sacred Heart Prep's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Wilcox, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 4-3.

Sacred Heart Prep took a serious blow against Wilcox in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 35-7. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Imahara, who rushed for 102 yards and one touchdown on only seven carries, and also threw for 75 yards and one TD.
