Frederick's last matchup with Walters could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Thursday. The Bombers lost 14-3 to the Blue Devils. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bombers have suffered since April 25, 2024.

Grady Hillburn made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. He is becoming a predictor of Frederick's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 4-1 (and 4-7 when he doesn't).
