Ashland is a perfect 4-0 against Byers since March of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Ashland will head out on the road to face off against Byers at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Ashland and 15 for Byers dating back to last season.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Ashland's offense. They lost 18-0 to Falkner on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Byers also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Falkner on Tuesday, falling 17-0.

Byers' loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Ashland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Ashland beat Byers 7-3 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ashland since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
