It was a good run, but Pleasant View Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Evansville Christian Eagles. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since January 18th.

The final score came out to 25-6, 25-14, 25-11.

Leading Evansville Christian to victory were Allie Foreman and Jocee Weisenborn. Foreman had five digs and two aces, while Weisenborn had eight digs and one assist. Amiyah Carr also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Pleasant View Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Evansville Christian, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-6.

Looking ahead, Pleasant View Christian will host Horizon Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Evansville Christian, they will take on South Knox at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
