Basketball Recap: Bushland Comes Up Short

Bushland and Shallowater squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Bushland had to settle for second. They lost to the Shallowater Mustangs on the road by a 62-43 margin. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Bushland's loss dropped their record down to 18-15. As for Shallowater, they are on a roll lately: they've won 21 of their last 22 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 26-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Bushland nor Shallowater have any future games scheduled.
