Agape (8 Man) recap November 5, 2013

Victor Valley Christian's GREG LINDSAY rumbled for the longest rushing play in Agape (8 Man) this season in his game against Westmark last week. LINDSAY scampered for 82 yards on the play and finished with 107 on the day as his team fell to the Lions.

Lucerne Valley extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating California Lutheran, 48-22. This was the team's ninth consecutive win.

Erik Dahler threw for 93 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Daniel Stratton provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Lucerne Valley defeated the C-Hawks. He completed 4 passes for 83 yards and 3 touchdowns and also ran for 62 yards. Stratton's favorite target this week was Lonye Logan, who caught 3 passes for 77 yards.

Dahler put up the best numbers in passing as Upland Christian Academy beat Antelope Valley Christian.

Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Chris Klinger's team's Stratton and Logan have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-0 quarterback Stratton has thrown for 949 yards this season, while Logan has 23 catches for 536 yards. California Lutheran's Adam Hussman leads the league in rushing yards with 902.

Dave Peter's team's Hussman is a mere 98 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. Hussman has rushed for 902 yards on 145 carries so far this year.

The Eagles took down the Eagles 76-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Dahler in the win.
