Connor Burritt has led Vanden in total tackles on the season and he led the team again on Friday. Burritt produced his best game of the campaign: he made 11 total tackles (11.0 for loss). Burritt is crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least six every time he's taken the field this season.

Burritt and Vanden will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Vacaville at 7:30 p.m. on October 3. The Vikings have some work to do to even out the 1-6 series between these two since October of 2018, but a win here would be a good start.
