Basketball Recap: Morley Stanwood Takes a Loss

Morley Stanwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They opened the new year with a less-than-successful 50-37 loss to the Oscoda Owls.

Morley Stanwood's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Oscoda, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Morley Stanwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-55 loss against Ravenna on the 7th. As for Oscoda, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 60-35 victory against Hale on the 6th.
