Jolynn Lawyer was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over seven innings pitched. Those nine strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two runs and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.
